Tie the ends of the elastic together to make a circle also stretch it around a solid object similar as a large book. Fold each strip of lattice in half and tuck the folded end behind the stretched elastic to make a small circle. Thread the loose ends through the circle and pull them tightly to make a knot. Continue working around the circle of elastic, pushing the interlaced strips tightly together. Make sure the finished ruffle is loose enough to fit over your head and sit comfortably around your neck.

Step 6
Cohere fake fur trim to a flat velvet chapeau. Use a large slice of velvet to cover a beret to produce a suitable chapeau. Use fabric cement to secure the velvet to the inside of the beret’s hem.

Step 7
Wear a short, auburn fake beard or draw one on with face maquillages.

Step 8
Add large brooches, buckles and ornate strips around your shoulders to produce a regal look. Use a length of wide gold strip as a shoulder swatch.
